transition
My son is at boarding school--my husband and daughter and I drove him up to Asheville yesterday so we could be there bright and early this morning. Everything went smoothly but it was a long day. It is hard now imagining him on his own. Thanks to those who sent support; it is a big scary transition.

Awww, I hope everything went well and he's looking forward to starting school! Asheville is a nice town, I've been there often (my father grew up there and retired there).
Oh, my goodness, is it ever hard watching your child leave home like that. I have 4 daughters, and watching the one I've always been closest too leave for boarding school 2 years ago nearly tore me up. Hang in there.
